Cheryl has been in the fitness and dance industry since 1998. She is a Certified Yoga Instructor (200RYT) as well as Pre & Postnatal Yoga, Kids, Yin and Aerial. Over the years, she has taught at Les Mills New Zealand, Barrebody Sydney, Lab Studios Singapore and Eat Train Love. She has led numerous community and charity events as a lululemon ambassador and has guest taught at Club Med Tomamu and the Flyhigh YTT and Peaceful Warriors YTT in Bali. Since relocating to San Diego at the end of 2019, she has traded in the hectic life of travel and events for life as a new mum (which seems even more hectic!). Now more than ever, she is grateful for a practice of yoga that goes beyond the mat, bringing presence, grace, and non-attachment to each day.
Loved the class! She took the time to ask each of us how we are feeling. I don’t think I realized how much I need to see and hear pregnant women talk about what they are experiencing in their bodies. She made each of us feel welcome.
I am really enjoying over all the classes and the postures for the prenatal classes. I think Cheryl is an excellent yoga instructor and offers great support even over a virtual platform. Cheryl's classes allow me to focus on areas in my body that need attention, with great strengthening poses and offer modifications.
